For parents & students
- Tutors Connect reviews requirements and helps identify a suitable tutor match
- Quotes are confirmed after the subject, level, mode, schedule and tutor fit are understood
- Home tuition depends on tutor availability in the student’s city and area
- Parent or guardian involvement is expected for students under 18
For tutors
- Tutor registration does not automatically approve a tutor or guarantee assignments
- Profiles, documents, subjects and availability may be reviewed by management
- Assignments are controlled by Tutors Connect admin selection
- Tutors should not receive private student contact details unless shared through the approved process
Items for legal confirmation
- Final contracting entity and official business contact details
- Fee collection, refund, cancellation and rescheduling rules
- Complaints, tutor replacement, termination and dispute handling process
- Home and online tuition responsibilities for parents, students and tutors
- Non-circumvention, intellectual property and acceptable-use wording where lawful and appropriate
